Differences Between Japanese Grapes and Other Asian Country's Grapes

How to Choose Delicious Grapes & Serving Method

The skin is dark and firm. The freshness decreases if the fruits have fallen from the stems. Put them in a bag and store within vegetable compartments to prevent the grapes from drying out. The grapes will damage faster if they are wet so only wash when you are going to eat them.

Grape Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Grapes (frozen 100 g)
  • Vanilla Ice-cream: 50ml
  • Milk: 50 cc
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Instructions:
  1. Remove the grapes from the bunch, wash them well and freeze together with their skin left on. (If the grapes have seeds, cut them in half and remove them)
  2. Put all the ingredients into a mixer and mix.


Grape Jelly

Ingredients:

  • Grapes: 25 pcs
  • Gelatin: 5 g
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • Granulated sugar: 60 g
  • Water: 260 cc

Instructions:

  1. Pour 160 cc of water into a heat-resistant container, add the granulated sugar and wait for about 2 minutes. Melt the gelatin in the mixture.
  2. Add lemon juice and 100 cc of water to the mixture made in step 1. Put the bottom part of the container in ice water to remove the heat of the container.
  3. Put the peeled grape into a cup, pour the mixture in step 2 into it, and cool it in a refrigerator.
