The Japanese restaurant chain shop Otoya has plenty of dishes using “mizore” sauce.

“Misore” sauce in made with grated daikon and is called “mizore” (“sleet” in english) because it looks like melting snow.

The grated daikon gives a fresh twist to the fried fish and the vegetables.
It’s also a very healthy sauce since it’s made from vegetables.
