Their aim is to raise awareness of the Islamic community and halal food in Japan. Last time we introduced the restaurants in Shibuya that acquire their Local Halal certificate, and this time we are going to introduce more Halal restaurants in Tokyo. We are going to introduce you places where you can enjoy Japanese culture while enjoy Halal processed cuisine.

Located in Yotsuya Sanchome, Manekineko is the first and probably only halal certified karaoke place in Tokyo. You can enjoy Japan’s cultural experience like other young Japanese people do. The Manekineko also have non-halal menu and alcohol so you can bring your non-Muslim friends to accompany with. Karaoke place with halal certificate means that you can enjoy many Japanese izakaya style foods such as pickled eggplant and gyoza, Japanese dumpling. In addition, what makes this place different besides being the only karaoke place with halal certification is that they offer a prayer room so that you can enjoy your karaoke experience without worrying on leaving by the prayer times.
