Kyoto

The temperature in the summer of Japan is getting abnormally high. The sunburn-like feeling from the strong sunlight is getting rather unbearable. It might be dangerous to do outdoor sports at the moment so indoor sports is recommended to those who like sports. Have you heard of squash? It is something that you can enjoy doing and will not get any side-effect from doing so. Putting it simply, it is a sport where you hit a ball against a wall in a closed room. Due to the narrow space of the room, the speed of the ball increases, thus providing a good exercise that trains your reaction ability. This exercise can be played by 1 or 2 players and since it is played in a room, you don’t have to worry about the weather at all. People wearing white shirts while playing squash is often shown in dramas, so if you have happened to watch those dramas, you probably will like this sport even more.
