Ninjinshirishiri is an Okinawa's home cooked dishes. "Shirishiri" is Okinawa dialect which means slicing. It is suitable as a daily home cooked dishes, or when you need to cook additional one more side dishes for your meal since it is easy to be prepared. It is also a perfect dishes for lunch box.

Ingredients:
- 1 carrot
- 1 tuna can (70 ~ 80 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon of Dashi (Japanese soup stock)
- Appropriate amount of Salt
Instruction:
- Peel the carrots in long and thin shape with a peeler. When the carrot has peeled, use the kitchen knife to cut in small slices.
- Heat up the canned tuna and the sliced carrot in the frying pan with medium heat. Fried the mixture until the carrot become pliant.
- Add on the dashi and salt accordingly to your taste. Pour some sesame on topping with your preference.
