Hakuhinkan TOY PARK in Ginza

Whenever my friend comes to Tokyo from overseas, I often take them to certain places such as Asakusa and Kamakura for historical temples, and Shibuya and Harajuku for shopping.
These places are very popular for tourists as well as Ginza.
Ginza is a place for high brands shopping, kind of like 5th avenue of New York, but it is still fun just to walk around and feel the atmosphere of the town.

When you walk all the way to the end of the town, there will be a tall building that stands out  surrounded by a lot of toys called “Hakuhinkan.”

As soon as you step in here, it makes you feel like you are in toy story world.
It is a toy store that carries about 200,000 kinds of toys, starting from the basement floor all the way to the 4th floor. The store opened in Ginza in September 1982, and is dedicated to toys only for more than 30 years.
You can find just about anything you can think of such as stuffed dolls, video games, racing cars and more.

You can spend a whole day here, and there are restaurants on the 5th and 6th floor if you are hungry.
8th floor is a theater that several shows are performed each month.

It is such a fun place not only for kids but for adults too.
