Marunouchi presents plenty of shopping opportunities. You can get all sorts of products from luxury goods to more affordable things. Whether you choose to shop indoors or outdoors, there’s something for everyone visiting this area.

Tokyo Station

The first place you should definitely explore is Tokyo Station, as it’s filled with stores. This is an incredibly convenient location to shop in if it’s your last day in Tokyo and have a few hours to spare. So, get a little something for yourself or your loved ones.

You can find items only exclusive to Tokyo Station here, which would make great souvenirs. There are also Japanese-style items being sold in some of the shops. Also, consider getting Tokyo Banana, as it happens to be the souvenir sweet of Tokyo.

KITTE

Located in JP Tower, with over 100 retailers and restaurants, the interior and exterior of the building are quite a sight to behold. This unique mall shares the same building as the Tokyo Central Post Office, and has a modern museum attached.

The fashion and accessory stores here offer a notably Japanese take on things, and food retailers sell specialty products from all over Japan. The restaurants are mostly Japanese-style but offering other cuisine as well.

On the 6th floor, there is the Kitte Garden, where you can have a magnificent view of Tokyo Station. What’s more, a free telephone interpretation service is available to ease your shopping trip.

Love books? Then head over to Marunouchi Oazo, which has the Maruzen Marunouchi Main Store occupying the 1st till 4th floors of the building. It has a large foreign language section and cafe on the 3rd floor.

With various public spaces for relaxing, as well as numerous restaurants and coffee shops, this mall has a more laid-back concept, allowing shoppers to have an overall calming experience.
