For our recommendations, we suggest dining at Kagurazaka Kado and Kagurazaka Waraku, where you can experience a more traditional environment to enjoy your meal.

Kagurazaka Kado

Located close to the station, Kagurazaka Kado offers a unique experience when it comes to Japanese cuisine! The establishment itself is located inside a traditional, restored Japanese home! And yes, you need to take off your shoes before stepping inside!

There are a few courses to choose from on the menu that range in price, but they offer vegetarian options as well. Dinner generally goes for around 3,000 yen. They close on lunch time.

Kagurazaja Waraku

Just like Kagurazaka Kado, the atmosphere at Waraku resembles that of a traditional home as well! Using a variety of fresh and seasonal ingredients, their dishes range from udon to wagyu beef.

Their hours for lunch are from 11:30am to 3:00pm and from 5:30pm to 11:00pm for dinner. They are only open for lunch on Sundays and the shop is on vacation from August 13th to 17th.

Le Bretagne

With locations all over the world, it’s no wonder that Le Bretagne is one of the most popular French restaurants that you can find in Kagurazaka! They specialize in crepes and galettes with a great selection of ciders for you to try. Though they are closed on Mondays, they are open from 11:30am to 10:30pm from Tuesday to Saturday and from 11:30am to 10:00pm on Sundays and holidays.

If you want to visit something a bit fancier and dine in a world class Michelin Star restaurant, then Kagurazaka has a few options available depending on your taste! For a French selection, we recommend La Tourelle, but if you are in the mood for traditional Japanese Kaiseki cuisine, then you can’t go wrong with Ishikawa!

La Tourelle

Receiving 1 Michelin Star, La Tourelle is perfectly located right in between Kagurazaka and Iidabashi station. They offer a great selection of wine and courses for both lunch and dinner that are delicious and come with great services and presentation.

Open from 5:30pm until midnight and closed on Sundays and public holidays, they have limited seating available for guests, so it is best to make a reservation far in advanced if you want to dine in this luxurious restaurant!
