Quick Cook Recipe Series ~ Cheese Rolled Grilled Egg ~

A perfect recipe for your lunch box, which you only need to roll with seaweed and cheese to make this special grilled egg.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Seaweed 1/4 sheets
  • Cheese 2 slices
  • Salad oil appropriate quantity

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Add sugar and salt to the eggs and stir well.
  2. Pour little oil on egg grilling pan, heat it with medium heat and pour the ¼ of the egg mixture which was prepared in step 1 into the pan and stir it well.
  3. When the egg is grilled half done, decrease to low heat. Put the seaweed and then cheese onto the grilled egg and roll it towards the corner of the pan.
  4. Pour another ¼ onto the pan and roll towards another corner. Repeat the steps 2 & 3.
  5. After the rolled egg temperature is lower, cut it into a size which is easy to be eaten.
