Do you like octopus? This recipe is perfect for you if you prefer to have a simple yet special recipe, not only using the octopus on sushi making.
Ingredients:
- Octopus 100 g
- Petit tomato 5-6 pieces
- Dry seaweed salad 5 g
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper reasonable quantity
- 1 plastic bag (Huh? Using plastic bag? Yes you are right! This time we are going to introduce the shaka shaka recipe (shake) by using plastic bag!)
Preparation Instruction:
- Return the seaweed salad to normal form with water and drain away the water.
- Then, add the slice cut octopus, half cut tomatoes, seaweed salad, lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper into a plastic bag and shake it. Check out the video from below link!
