For those who like avocados, we would like to introduce this new eating method to you!
Avocado has been known as fruit until now, however it is introduced at social network like Facebook as healthy dishes recently.
The dishes we want to introduce today is the dishes which you can prepare easily as one plate dishes. We are using avocado and tuna today, but you may change the type of vegetables and fish to create your own recipe!
Ingredients to be prepared
Portion for one person
- Tuna sashimi 1 block
- 1/2 avocado
- Green onion (Or Onion): Appropriate
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of mirin
- Sesame: 1/2 tablespoon
- Plastic bag
- 1 serving of rice
Steps for preparation
- Cut the avocado and tuna into small pieces, and place it into a plastic bag together with the chopped minced onion and seasoning. Then, massage it gently.
- Put into the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Put on the hot rice as topping!
