And one day in January, I wanted to go there tremendously. "When is it if is not now?” it’s hard to explain the reason. I felt being driven by something. I usually do not act without any reason, but decided to go without any solid reason. And the happy spectacle was waiting for me.

About half a century since the idea started
As I asked the ticket office for permission to publish, I was introduced to his wife. According to the brochure, the author Kenji Azuma unfortunately had passed away in 2013. I talked to his wife by phone. The Rainbow Fountain displays universal wishes such as world peace and the thought of family members. While overwhelmed by it, I want to summarize the pamphlet I received about Kenji Azuma, the author of the Rainbow Fountain.
Kenji Azuma (1938 - 2013) was raised in Iinan Town. Nationwide Contemporary Ceramic Art Exhibition (Organized by Asahi Newspaper) Winner, Nitten Exhibition. Travel to Ceylon, Egypt and others. In 1965, As a Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteer, he planned the idea of a Rainbow Fountain, alongside his overseas mission. Migrated to Argentina and build a studio with a kiln. He returned in 1978, built an atelier and a kiln, creation of a rainbow fountain starts in this place.
It took about half a century, from 1965 to 2013 to create the idea of Rainbow Fountain, a ceramic space where a person sharpened the soul and constantly creating sentiments.
