“Benkyô” (勉強) means “study” in Japanese!
“Benkyô” (勉強) is the Japanese word for “study”.
When it’s used as a verb “to study”, it will be “Benkyô suru”.
Put the subject you are learning, then “… wo benkyô suru.”
For example you can say:
I study Japanese.
“Nihongo wo benkyô suru.”
Some people might ask you:
Where are you studying?
“Doko de benkyô shiteimasu ka?”
