[Special Issue: Mt.Fuji] Pink Carpet of Sakura or Cherry Blossoms at the foot of Mt.Fuji!

Here it is! The Shibazakura Garden located at the foot of Mt. Fuji. A place with more than 800,000 Shibazakura 芝桜 or moss phlox in English.
The Japanese term “Shiba Zakura” literally means “grass cherry blossoms”, because it grows a beautiful carpet of sakura!

Look how beautiful the flowers are!

And let me tell you that you won’t see a Shibazakura better than this.
Not only it is the biggest Shibazakura garden in Japan, but you could enjoy it alongside Mt.Fuji!

This gorgeous beautiful flowers give colours to the place because this Shibazakura is right below the Mt. Fuji.

富士芝桜まつり or Fuji Shibazakura Festival is an event held annually during spring, from mid-April to the end of May.
