It is Summer in Japan but in Malaysia it is all the way around (」・ω・)」and finally I got my hands on Pocky snacks Summer Edition PLUS my favorite Japan app called Nekoatsume, form a snack!
I do bought another Pocky snacks besides the Summer Edition, I will blog that in another post so let’s just get into the Summer Pocky haul for now, shall we? ( ＾∇＾)
GLICO POCKY BRAZILIAN ORANGE
First of all, orange flavour snacks kind of normal to me but it says “Brazilian Orange”, flavour that I never taste it before. It seems intriguing enough that the flavour is from an exotic place. Side-note, Rio Olympic Games 2016 is just around the corner, so I’m guessing this Summer Edition Pocky is the way that they are supporting for that event. Kudos for that!
There are 2 packs inside. Each with one layered Orange Brazilian coating. Once I opened the pack, the smell was so strong! It smells like one of those orange car perfumes but with this one, you actually can eat it Σ（￣□￣；）The taste was not bad, normal for the orange flavour. I’m guessing is the smell makes it more “Brazilian Orange”.

GLICO POCKY CHOCOLATE COCONUT
There are 2 packs inside. Each one layered of chocolate with dried coconut flakes. From exotic to very tropical Pocky and this is one of my favourite flavours for this Summer Edition Pocky!
I like it when they use a real coconut flakes because I know some of the snacks do not use real ones. It tastes so delicious with the dried coconut flakes, its super chunky. I think this is the best Pocky that I ate besides the Peanut Butter flavour Pocky. Will make second purchase soon! (*＾v＾*)

GLICO POCKY KOGEN NO SOFT CREAM
A Limited Edition Pocky! It comes with 2 packs and comes with unusual taste with two ways to eat it.
I put one of the packs inside the freezer and the other one in room temperature. So while I wait for it to freeze, I tried the room temperature one and it taste nothing like soft cream. It just tastes like yogurt to me. Like a hint of sour from milk (no it’s not expired).
I kept the other one in the freezer for full one hour and it taste amazingly surprise, just like an ice-cream/soft cream! I’m not sure if there is instruction in the Pocky packaging (it’s all in Japanese) that saying you should freeze out the snacks first but it does taste ice-cream/soft cream when you put it in. Definitely you should try this!

TOHATO NEKO ATSUME CHOCO SNACK
I’m saving my favourite app game for the last one! I knew that they have allot of merchandise coming out but I never knew Tohato makes a collaboration with Neko Atsume. This just makes me extra happy! ଘ(੭ˊ꒳ˋ)੭✧

It comes with one pack with a shape of a cat! Each pieces covered with chocolate powder and the snack itself are chocolate flavour. It crunches like cereal. So I assume you should eat this with or without milk.
It tastes better with milk! Just look at those floating cat shape head! So cute!
