Visit Japan Diary - Tea Ceremony & Japan Airlines Facility Tour: 18/01/2017 (Day 4)

Today is a fourth day i was in Japan, but currently now in Shinjuku Washington Hotel of Tokyo city, as i woke up early in the morning to prepared for the next visiting program.  As usual, after had my breakfast on 25th floor where dining place been located, and then we gathered down to the lobby area. On this day of our program was led by the person from JTB’s Group along with Ms. Fujimori Natassa who is represented as our an official leader and also the photographer during the visit.

Our first tour of tea ceremony was Koomon Teahouse, where situated in Chuo Ward of Tokyo. We began of our adventure from the hotel place, where we took 10 minutes walked to Shinjuku Station. From the metro station on Marunauchi Line, we headed to the Tokyo Station which took only 18 minutes with cost ¥200 a trip directly to the destination. From the Yaesu Central exit of Tokyo Station, then we took a walked for 7 minutes to reached at Koomon Teahouse. Our arrival was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. We really had enjoyed our time in the ceremony, where we’ve been experienced took part a traditional Japanese cultural of tea serving, which the purpose of the ceremony is to be relaxed while enjoyed the serenity of Japanese tea. We have also been received a memorable gift after the ceremony ends. We also had our lunch at the Nepalese restaurant before we’ve got back to the next trip.

We headed to Japanese Airlines (Japan Airlines) facility and maintenance center, where has been located in Haneda Airport. We took 4 minutes ride on JR Yamanote Line that cost ¥160 for a trip from Tokyo Station to Hamamatsucho Station, then transit by Tokyo-Monorail to Shin-Seibijo Station in 22 minutes that cost ¥490 for a trip. Our arrival was special greeted by our dearest Ms. Memmy from Fun! Japan team, along with an officers of Japanese Airlines (Japan Airlines). With full of respect, i was so proud and excited that i’ve finally met with them. Then, we were taken by them to the place which took 5 minutes walked from the station. At first, after we had our tour passes then we went through a  short presentation in the conference room by the officers. A few moments, we’ve been assisted to exhibition hall area where we had a chanced to experienced in flight crew uniforms and as well other interactive exhibits. There are also a gift shop located in the area where i had bought a lovely Japan Airlines’s keychains. Then, our tour had continued to the maintenance area and we were given short explanation about working systems and procedures of the area. In our final tour, we’ve been brought down to the fleet area to viewed closely where all the facilities, works, parts and the planes been restored inside around the hangar. By the time, we also had a chanced to see a landed planes by the open air.

After nearly an hour of tour, we took a walked back from Tokyo Monorail Shin-seibijo Station to the  J-World theme park, where is located inside Sunshine City’s commercial complex in Ikebukuro district of Tokyo. Its an entertainment place where we enjoyed an indoor of anime character heroes such Dragon Ball, One Piece and  and Naruto. An attractions include the Naruto maze, One Piece Soldier Adventure Dock ride, the Dragon Ball Kamehameha and other lots entertaining events. We had so much fun on our last tour that day before we went back to the hotel in Shinjuku.
