On Friday, September 13, 2024, a brand-new sweets zone featuring 10 shops, including some making their first appearance at Tokyo Station, will open in the "Gransta Tokyo" shopping area located inside JR Tokyo Station. This new section is on the B1 floor near the famous "Silver Bell" meeting spot. Additionally, two of Tokyo's most iconic wagashi (Japanese sweets) brands will open in the adjacent wagashi zone on the same day.

Brick bake bakers by Pâtisserie ease
This is the third store of "Pâtisserie ease" from Nihonbashi, Tokyo, specializing in freshly baked financiers. These cakes are baked in-store, allowing customers to experience the different textures and flavors that develop over time—from the fluffy texture when fresh out of the oven to the rich buttery taste that emerges later.
New Product – Gransta Tokyo Exclusive: Craft Financier (300 yen each and up)
The shop offers eight flavors of financiers: plain, chocolate, adzuki bean, maple, lemon, raspberry, pistachio, and chestnut. The pistachio and chestnut flavors are exclusive to the store and only available fresh from the oven. Shaped like the iconic brick of Tokyo Station, these financiers boast a delightful almond and butter aroma, a fluffy texture when freshly baked, and a rich, moist flavor as they settle.
