The Hilton Nagoya will hold the summer sweets buffet "Snoopy Summer Beach Time", a second consecutive collaboration between Hilton Nagoya and "PEANUTS", at the all-day dining "Inplace 3-3" on the 1st floor, limited to Thursdays to Sundays and holidays, from May 16 (Thu), 2024 to August 21 (Wed), 2024.

The shortcake, which is generously sandwiched with melon and whipped cream on a moistly baked sponge, is depicted as Snoopy lying on the beach.
Charlie Brown's Orange & Mango Cheesecake
Using plenty of cream cheese to achieve a smooth texture. It's finished with a light flavor of orange and mango.
Peppermint Patty's Mint Roll Cake
Rolled a refreshing mint-flavored custard cream and chocolate chantilly into a moist and fluffy baked dough.
Woodstock's Chestnut Nest
A Mont Blanc cream filled with Japanese chestnuts, inspired by Woodstock's nest, is accented with a hidden orange-flavored baked cake.
Peanuts Gang Shaved Ice

A dessert inspired by the summer cumulonimbus clouds and the sun, combining lavender-flavored white chocolate mousse and apricot & orange jelly for a refreshing finish.
Sky Ocean
A refreshing dish combining a milk chocolate mousse flavored like Earl Grey with a hint of bergamot, imagined as the sun-drenched wavefront of summer, with a combination of passion fruit and mango cream.
Donut Float
Colorful donuts inspired by the indispensable item for the summer beach, the "float".
Leader's Cupcake Tower
A tower of seasonal cherry-filled chocolate cupcakes in honor of the two leaders, Charlie Brown and Peppermint Patty.
Snoopy's Choco Banana S'mores

Chef Profile
Pastry Chef Mamoru Watanabe
Starting his career in French cuisine, he later transitioned to pastry. In 1994, he joined Hilton Nagoya. Currently, as a pastry chef, he supervises and directs the production of colorful desserts that line the takeout counter of the hotel's first floor "Cafe 3-3 Artisan Sweets & Bakery", as well as for weddings, banquets, and various restaurants.
About "Peanuts"
In 1950, Charles M. Schulz introduced the "Peanuts" gang for the first time. "Peanuts" made its debut on seven newspaper pages. Since then, the Peanuts gang, including Charlie Brown and Snoopy, have left an indelible footprint in pop culture.
