【Soup Curry】The Yellow Company Tokyo

"The Yellow Company", a Hokkaido soup curry shop located in Tokyo. It has been featured in over 50 magazines and TV interviews, and is a famous restaurant often visited by celebrities in disguise. Using 15 high-quality vegetables mainly from Hokkaido and their unique blend of spices, they offer a superb soup curry that induces perspiration and has depth.

Our recommendations are the Azabudai Hills exclusive pork kakuni and the soup curry with 7 types of vegetables and mushrooms, "Pork Kakuni & Vegetable", and the soup curry with seafood and 9 types of vegetables and mushrooms, "Zaiekan Special Soup Curry "TOKYO". These are perfect for those who are health-conscious and want to eat a lot of vegetables. The umami tomato-based soup has a harmonious blend of aroma, acidity, richness, and flavor. Also, don't miss the ice cream made with milk from Hokkaido. The flavor is distinctly milky yet refreshing, with a sherbet-like texture.

【Sushi】Terakoya Sushisho

"Terakoya Sushisho" is a sushi restaurant opened by a sushi chef who gained experience at the famous sushi restaurant "Sushisho", which has won the "The Tabelog Award Silver" for six consecutive years from 2018 on a famous gourmet review site in Japan. The small restaurant with 12 seats is divided into counter seats where the chef makes sushi right in front of you and waiting bar seats where alcohol such as sake and wine is served. It's a high-end sushi restaurant with a hidden-away atmosphere, where you can enjoy an omakase course for about 40,000 yen.

The most recommended dish on the menu is the "Anglerfish Liver Pickled in Watermelon" (pictured right). Anglerfish liver is known as a high-end ingredient, and there aren't many places in Tokyo that serve it. The taste is free of any fishy smell, with a very creamy texture and a refreshing flavor. The watermelon pickles are not too salty, and the balance of flavors is exquisite. We were very impressed by this taste that we had never experienced before. Highly recommend for sushi lovers.

【Italian】Pizza 4P’s Tokyo

"Pizza 4P's Tokyo", a popular pizza restaurant with 32 locations worldwide, was established in Vietnam by a Japanese owner. The restaurant offers a unique Japanese menu using ingredients primarily from Japan and other global producers who are known to them. The interior design of the restaurant is natural and stylish, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Its original pizzas, made with ingredients from producers around the world, and the homemade fresh cheese made in its in-store workshop, are the signature dishes. The texture and aroma of the pizza baked in the kiln are exceptional, and it was so delicious that we had never tasted anything like it before. The homemade cheese has a rich and refined taste. The toppings on top are juicy with the sauce, and because the dough is thin like pizza, you can eat as many slices as you want without getting tired of it.

【Teppanyaki/Steak】Ochiairo Steak House Tokyo

"Ochiairo Steak House Tokyo" is a teppanyaki restaurant with only counter seats, where you can watch the chefs grill fresh ingredients right in front of you. You can enjoy course meals based on creative Western cuisine supervised by a chef who honed his skills at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris.

The signature teppanyaki steak is of course exquisite, and the "Beef Tongue Stew" simmered for 6 hours was so tender that it felt like there were no fibers, yet it had a rich taste and a satisfying texture. The pudding with rum for dessert has a mature taste. Overall, it's a sophisticated space, making it the perfect restaurant for a mature-atmosphere date.

【Soba】Sobamae Yamato

The Japanese restaurant "Sobamae Yamato" offers soba, a la carte dishes, and alcohol. A bonsai tree is placed in the center of the restaurant, giving it a Japanese atmosphere. In addition to the row of table seats, there are counter seats, private rooms for up to 8 people, and semi-private rooms for 2 to 4 people, with a total of 70 seats.

The soba with its smooth texture and firm bite was very delicious. The specialty "Large Seiro (serving for four)" is impactful, and you can choose from 7 types of dipping sauces, including rich sesame, roasted curry, and a meat dipping sauce full of pork and green onions. It seems fun to order in large groups and share.

【Yakiniku】YORONIKU TOKYO

"YORONIKU TOKYO", originating from the popular Yakiniku restaurant "Yoroniku" in Minami Aoyama. The staff skillfully grills high-quality meat right in front of you. All seats except for the counter seats are private rooms. Some of the private rooms offer a view of the central square of Azabudai Hills, where rich nature and modern art are fused.

The recommended dish is the signature "Meat Bruschetta". The French bread, spread with butter and grilled beforehand, becomes fragrant and appetizing. The grilling is just right, and the crispy French bread and the meat Yukke on top of it are a perfect match. The meat is marinated in sauce, making it easy to eat even for those who are not accustomed to eating raw meat.
