After two-and-a-half years of border restrictions, travel to Japan finally resumed! For the first time in three years, FUN! JAPAN will hold Visit Japan Campaign for FUN! JAPAN members. This time, we invite you to a 4-day/3-night FREE trip to Hokkaido!

Regarding the application for this campaign, there was a time period when application for the campaign could not be done due to our system error. What is FUN! JAPAN Visit Japan Campaign？

"Visit Japan Campaign" is an activity that we invite one person from each of the countries in which we operate FUN! JAPAN media to free trip to Japan. Beyond the language barrier, Japan lovers from different countries will travel together. FUN! JAPAN staff will also join you to make the tour more exciting!

This year's Visit Japan Campaign, held for the first time in three years since travel restrictions were lifted, will offer you a 4-day/3-night trip to Hokkaido. Seafood, hot springs in Noboribetsu, and other attractions are waiting for you!

How can I join this campaign?

Step 1

First, you need to be the member of FUN! JAPAN. If you already have an account, skip to step 2.

Step 2

Once you become a FUN! JAPAN member, please login to FUN! JAPAN and update "MEMBER INFORMATION②" from the link below.

To apply for Visit Japan Campaign, you must enter the "Favorite Prefecture" and "Hobbies / Interests" fields. Please be sure to answer these questions as they will be used to improve our services.

Step 3

Click the "JOIN NOW" button at the bottom of this page and fill out the questionnaire to describe your "passion" for travel to Japan and Hokkaido offered in this campaign. Then...you're done!

You can apply as many times as you like for 3,000 FJ points per entry.

*3,000 FJ points will be automatically deducted when you submit Step 3 questionnaire.
*3,000 FJ points will not be refunded even if you do not win. Please be aware of this before applying.

Who can join?

Anyone! As long as you are a member of FUN! JAPAN and complete Step 1 to Step 3 above, and agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

What is the application period?

The campaign period is from February 13 (Mon), 2023 to February 19 (Sun), 2023 at 23:59. *Japan Time

What will you get if you win?

Round-trip ticket between Malaysia and Hokkaido
Accommodation in Japan for 3 nights and 4 days
Transportation expenses within Japan
*FUN! JAPAN staff will accompany you on the trip.

What are travel destinations?

Sapporo and Noboribetsu area in Hokkaido.

From March 24(Fri), 2023 to March 27(Mon), 2023.

How do you know if you win?

FUN! JAPAN will send an email with subject line "【FUN! JAPAN】You Won the Visit Japan Campaign!" to the winners within one week of the February 19, 2023 application deadline. The email will be sent to the email address registered in the FUN! JAPAN membership information. We will also announce the names of the winners on this page, but will not release their full names for privacy reasons. No contact will be made to those who did not win. No notification will be given to those who didn't win.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

With regards to participants

To be eligible to apply for this campaign, you must meet the following requirements

Malaysian nationals who live in Malaysia and like Japan.
Participants must be over the age of 20.
Participants must click ”JOIN NOW” button at the bottom of the page and answer the questionnaire.
We will select as winners those who provide ideas in the questionnaire that can be used to improve our services.
Participants must have a passport.
Participants must complete all requirements listed above.

With regards to the winner

This campaign's winner will be 1 person from Malaysia.
You are not able to transfer the prize to a third party.
You can not bring a companion on the trip.
you will travel with other winners from different parts of the world.
FUN! JAPAN will prepare and pay for your round-trip ticket between Malaysia and Japan, accommodation for 4 days and 3 nights in Hokkaido, transportation expenses during the tour, meals after the second day, and entrance fees to tourist facilities included in the itinerary.
Participants are responsible for expenses other than the prizes of this campaign, such as travel insurance, WiFi, PCR test, visa issuance, accommodation for extra nights, costs associated with infection with COVID-19 and other diseases, shopping expenses, and meal on the day of arrival in Japan.
Please be sure to purchase travel insurance.
Winners must be able to stay in Japan from March 24(Fri), 2023 to March 27(Mon), 2023. Depending on flight schedules, you may have to arrive a day earlier or leave a day later.
You will travel according to the itinerary created by FUN! JAPAN.
By agreeing to come on this trip, you agree that all photos that will be taken with and of you can be used freely by FUN! JAPAN without copyright.
You will agree that all photos and videos taken by you during the tour, as well as any text created by you, shall be copyrighted and used by FUN! JAPAN.
We will not provide compensation for any natural disasters, weathe, war, riot that may interfere with the schedule or cancellation of the flight.
No compensation will be made for flight delays, cancellations or trip cancellations caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, war, riots, etc.

Contacting the winner

FUN! JAPAN will contact the winner via the email address registered with winner's account.
Winner must respond to the notification by the deadline stated in the email. Failure to respond to the notification will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
Winner will be asked to provide a copy of passport, personal information, and vaccination certificate of COVID-19 for booking of flights and hotels.

Privacy Policy

The collection, use and release of personal information for candidates and/or winners of the campaign will strictly follow the company's privacy policy. By agreeing to participate in this campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to FUN! JAPAN's TERMS OF SERVICE and USE and Privacy Policy.
