Nuts Brownie Valentine Cake Ingredients
- Chocolate … 100g
- Unsalted Butter … 70g
- Egg … 2
- Granulated Sugar … 30g
- Cake Flour … 50g
- Cocoa Powder … 10g
- Nuts(Almonds Etc.) … To Taste
- Pistachios, Dried Strawberries … A Handful
- Decorating Pen (White) … 1
Nuts Brownie Valentine Cake Recipe
- Roast the nuts in a frying pan.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a container placed in hot water. Keep warm.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, and mix in a container over hot water before adding granulated sugar and mixing well.
- Take the chocolate from step 2 and mix with step 3.
- Add cake flour and cocoa powder to the mixture and mix well with a plastic spatula until glossy.
- Place on an oven sheet-based tray, and tap to ensure no air bubbles form.
- Place the roasted nuts on top and heat for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celcius. Ensure to remove from tray instantly and place on a cake rack to cool.
- Once cool, take your cake pen heated in around 50-degree water and draw a pattern, name, or anything else, then sprinkle the pistachio nuts and dried strawberries to finish.
