Ingredients (2 Servings)
- 220g Chinese Cabbage
- 1/3 Teaspoon of Salt
- 70g (1 Can)of Tuna
【Condiments A】
- 1 Heaped Teaspoon of Mentsuyu (Noodle soup base)
- 2 Teaspoons of Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Sugar
- Pepper to Taste
- Yuzukoshō
Recipe:
- Slice the Chinese cabbage into 5mm slices, sprinkle the salt over the top, and mix well. Place into bowl and heat at 500W for 2 minutes in a microwave.
- Mix Chinese cabbage with tuna before adding 【Condiments A】and mixing well. Sprinkle pepper over top to taste.
- Plate and eat!
