What is Miyazaki Beef?
Miyazaki beef refers to Japanese Black Cattle that have been raised within Miyazaki Prefecture and have received a rating of 4 or higher from the Japan Meat Grading Association. These cattle are raised in large pastures allowing for juicy and soft textured meat. This restaurant can be found within Miyazaki's Resort Hotel "Sheraton Grande Ocean Resort". All seats within this restaurant are at the counter where you can see the chef preparing your meal before your very eyes.

This is a steak restaurant that has been loved by the locals since its establishment date all the way back in 1983. Here you're able to eat juicy Miyazaki beef in a specially made sauce. The owner of this restaurant knows his beef and only uses beef from cattle that have been raised for at least 30 months in total. We would recommend this location for people who want to eat their share of Miyazaki beef, and the course we recommend which is reasonably priced is the Miyazaki Beef Full Course. It starts off with high-quality beef tongue, continues onto Korean-style marinated barbecued ribs and roast beef, as well as many more parts allowing the eater to experience all the different parts of the cow.

Okazaki Farm’s direct Yakiniku restaurant
This is a yakiniku restaurant that is directly connected to a ranch where it sources its own Japanese Black Cattle Miyazaki Beef. It has its own original type of beef known as "Pine Beef" where the cattle have been fed foods that contain enzymes from pineapples as well as an in-house sauce, all at reasonable prices. The pine beef set comes in at 4,200 JPY (4,620 JPY inc. Tax) and serves 2-3 people. They also have a steakhouse that serves their pine beef as well as a lunchtime-limited curry and rice bowl, both of which are very popular.
