A good news for those who have been reading our articles about “World Masters Games 2021 KANSAI! NPO World Masters Games 2021 KANSAI association committee has held a “WMG 2021 KANSAI” kick-off conference in which application information and fees have been released! In the conference, TV artist So TAKEI and numerous legendary athletes shared the attractions of the games, and host chiefs have also showed their enthusiastic thoughts. Application will open on 1st February, 2020!
The application of “WMG 2021 KANSAI” starts at 10:00 am, 1st February, 2020.
Joining up to 5 Games at One Single Fee
Applicants can join up to five different competitions out of 59 at one single application fee, which is 15,000 yen for Japan residents, and 24,000 yen for overseas participants. Certainly, applicants can join more than five games by paying just 2,000 yen for each extra pick. Please be mindful that the additional fee is by competition category, not the number of games. Some games may require a special fee (extra fee).
Warm Service for Overseas Participants- Coaches
The application fee also includes a kit with a T-shirt, a backpack, and tickets to the opening and closing ceremonies. Transportation, the thing you may be thinking of, is also included! The package of overseas participants includes coaches for moving among venues and for sightseeing. Local residents may also choose to purchase transportation. We will share more about the coaches later, you are going to love it.
