Omicho Market is a historic market that has been used to support the lives of the people of Kanazawa since the 1700s. Higashi Chayagai

Higashi Chayagai (Chaya District) is a historic teahouse street made in 1820. The landscape with latticed buildings and stone pavement is very beautiful and full of atmosphere of old Japan. This cityscape has been selected as the Important Traditional Building Group Conservation Area of the country and is now one of the representative tourist spots representing Kanazawa.
