Whenever I visit other countries, what troubles me the most is probably what souvenirs to buy for my friends and family.
Facing their expectations of hoping that I will bring something fun, well represents the place and suits their preference, buying souvenirs at Japan will never be easy for me even though there are so many products out there.
Today when I was wandering around the Shinjuku Station, I found this small shop near the Odakyu Station ticket counter.
The outlook of the shop was not that eye catching, so you might need to look really carefully, if not, you might miss out the chance to find such unique products.
I have many guy friends and some nieces who has this peculiar interest towards trains, railways and stations.
So I guess they will be delighted if I bring these as souvenirs for them!
These are the merchandises that I found interesting.
Keychains with the names of each station along the Odakyu Line.
520yen each. I think this will be a very meaningful souvenir if you have some special travel memories here!
Something even more practical for daily use.
The card case for SUICA/PASMO (IC cards that people uses as a substitute way of payment for train tickets).
1320yen for one.
Try adapting to the “Japanese Bento Culture” by getting this “Romance Car Lunch Box” for your children ( If you have one!) (^^♪
That’s all for my recommendation of souvenirs for today!!

There are so many railway service companies in Japan and Odakyu is just one of them, it might be fun to explore them one by one!
