Japanese green tea has well known for a lot of countries. Here in Japan, Maccha (抹茶) is a special form of green tea. In Japanese “cha” means tea, and “ma” means powder. Maccha is essentially processed green tea leaves that have been into a delicate powder.
In the very traditional Japanese tea ceremony, people is drinking of Maccha both worm and cold. Maccha also has come to be used to flavor and dye foods such as mochi and a variety of wagashi. Maccha has also recently been making waves in the health and beauty sector.
