Hey everyone!
It’s me Vanessa Rachel.
ザクザク!Zaku Zaku!
Who knows what that is?
Zaku Zaku is the most delicious bread I have ever eaten.
ザクザク^_^
This bread store is located in the busiest train station in the whole world, Shinjuku.
This store only sells one type of bread.
The store opened at the beginning of September this year.
It was really crowded, we needed to queue for a long time to get our turn. -_-
Yes, the long wait did bother me somewhat, but believe, it was worth more than that long line!
This bread originated from Hokkaido. It is simply just a ‘croquantchou’ with almond (it is the name of the bread) and with a high quality custard cream inside it.
They prepare everything on that day, so it is really fresh and I recommend you eat it as soon as you purchase one.
With the warm bread and the cold custard cream really blending in together, it is really delicious!
You could also keep the bread in the refrigerator below 10 celsius.
You would lose the contrast of the warm bread and the cold cream, but it turns out more like a dessert!
Note : The price for one bread is ¥220 + tax and six bread will be ¥1200 + tax, so buying 6 bread will save you a lot.
I usually buy the six and keep it in the refrigerator for a few days. :)
People just love it, they don’t really care how long the queue is.
They just want to have a bite of it! Japanese bread is just the most delicious bread I have ever eaten. From the cheap ones to the expensive ones, they are all tasty!
I just love them ~
