What do you love so much about Japanese ramen? The soup, noodles, or toppings?
I know it is a difficult question, because I would say I just love everything about it.
Menya shichisai is a ramen restaurant that makes noodles fresh right in front of you.

It is located near Tokyo station and it seems to be very popular. I arrived around lunchtime. There was a long line outside and also more people waiting inside the restaurant. I waited for about half an hour.

You can see them making bowls of noodles in front of you, and they look and smell so good.

As I have heard, they were actually making noodles in front of you with their own hands.
That’s why they make people wait for long time.
They make each bowl of noodles carefully and heartily.

Look at this beautiful bowl of noodles! Definitely worth waiting for.
You can taste strong fish flavor in broth, so delicious. Most importantly, noodles are smooth and chewy. They’ve got a taste like no other.
I think I want to go back here and wouldn’t mind to wait in line again. That’s how good this bowl of noodle was.
