Also, when we finish eating, we say “Gochisousama”.

Both “Itadakimasu” and “Gochisousama” means “Thanks” in Japanese.

In addition, we also thanks to vegetable, meat, rice and all the other foods themselves because we believe foods have also their life, and we are given the life.
