I love Japanese food and culture and now I want to tell you about Japanese festival in Indonesia.
Little Tokyo Ennichisai Blok M is an annual culinary, arts and traditional and modern Japanese culture held in Blok M, South Jakarta, Since 2010.
Attended by more than 200 thousand visitors annually. Enlivened by 150 booths of food and beverages and knick knacks Japan, also traditional performances such as Mikoshi, Dashi, and Eisa performance, Yosakoi and others as well as modern performances such as band and Cosplay. 
The festival always held in Little Tokyo , Blok M, why it called little Tokyo due to there is a lot of Japanese restaurant in that area, it supported by many media online and electronic and many product and bank , also Japan embassy and DKI Jakarta government.
We can see much traditional attraction, and try Japanese food also.

Mikoshi is decorated with magnificent litter like a yagura, and is believed to be climbed by the object of worship, or the spirit of the Shinto shrine in Japan. In organizing matsuri, rollicking mikoshi carried on the shoulders by the followers, and brought parade around the city.
Mikoshi used to carry the object of veneration or spirit of the funeral permanent to temporary resting place (otabisho) during matsuri, with a view to appease a large mereka. Part of mikoshi is made from black lacquered wood. The component consists of a pair of wood bearers, body parts, and roof. Two wooden rods mounted parallel bearers at the bottom also serves as a buffer body. The shape of the body can be square, hexagonal or octagonal. At the peak of the roof is usually mounted ornate sculptures of birds hoo.
Although usually carried mikoshi carried marched with a crowd, some people mikoshi withdrawn after it was raised to the top of the stroller or wagon. Depending on the characteristics of matsuri, mikoshi parade can also be followed by a motorcade of dashi, hoko, or danjiri. Tsuyoshi Ashida, is the founder of this community. Middle-aged men of Japanese ancestry-Indonesia is aware that Indonesia is a part of his identity. Therefore, he wants this country; especially Jakarta becomes more beautiful and comfortable place to live by applying a high awareness of environmental hygiene that diadaptasinya of Japan's cultural community.
