Today let me share “Okra & Natto” recipe.
Okra & Natto’s combination is so delicious.
But due to sticky and strong flavor food, some love it but other don’t in Japan.

2 to 4 servings
Ingredientss
Okra 8
Salt
Natto 2 containers with sauce & mustard
Spring Onion 1 *finely chopped
Soy Sauce
*you can choose your favorite seasonings and ingredients above.
Method
1. Wash Okra and boil in salted boiling water for a few minutes. Dip in cold water to stop cooking further and drain. Do not over cook!
2. Slice Okra thinly.
3. Mix Natto with sauce and mustard and finely chopped Spring Onion. Add it too sliced Okra and mix well. Add Soy Sauce if you want.
The taste is delicious if you have it directly.
But I recommend that you put it on something foods as the topping.
