After final project presentation, me and my friend felt hungry. I searched on google japanese restaurant in bandung, but i’m confused which restaurant to choose. My friend said he want to go to Istana Plaza to buy a medicine for his father, then i tag along with him. When we arrived at istana plaza, we went to food court to eat. We found a nice fast food, House of Katsu.
We offered a chicken katsu set with drink and bonus green tea mousse, so we took the offer and ordered it. After 15 minutes of waiting, the food came out.
I ordered set of Rice bowl with chicken cheese katsu and strawberry lychee blush. My friend ordered set of rice bowl with tebasaki wings and iced tea.
The katsu was not bad, i liked the cheesy parts. The cheese melted in my mouth and i couldn’t stop eating. The tebasaki was good, it’s little spicy, my friend hate the bones. The strawberry lychee blush was so sour and sweet.
The dessert was greentea mousse. It has nice and moist texture. My friend said the flavor was like soil, but i think it’s good green tea flavor mixed with vanilla ice cream make good combination.
It’s a good choice for lunch or diner. Don’t forget to bring your friends, because eating alone is lonely.
