The Japanese soul food “Ochazuke” is a Japanese dish made of a bowl of rice topped with various ingredients poured in green tea.
There’s also a popular variation called “Dashi-chazuke” where the “dashi” broth (made with dried fish, seaweed, and sometimes mushrooms) is poured instead.
