When it comes to choose tableware, what is you key ingredient? Some of you might say its look and some might say the function. But what if those meet together? Today, as a cafe owner who is also a devoted lover for home appliances. I am going to introduce a stylish yet functional hot plate that will make your friends gathering in your place next level.

Color Variation and Design

Bruno is a hot plate that is designed by creating an image of colorful casting kitchenwares so that it adds up colors on your table. If you think about regular hot plate, they are heavy and always take space even when you stock, however Bruno, with the cute colorful look, it can also be an stylish interior on your table even if you keep it out when you don’t use it. Bruno comes with three colors, Red, Pink, and White. However, they currently have mint color as well for a limited time only.

Size
Its size is about A4 and created as ideal for for 2-3 people. Which means that it was not too small or too big.  Even though they make a statement on your table, they will not cover your entire table and have a space for other meals as well. Thus, from 2 people to many, you can utilize Bruno in many occasions.

Powerful Heating Power
Its heating power is adjustable with wide range from just keeping the surface warm to up to 250℃. Thus with this small body, we can even grill meat, make paella, bake pizza and many other meals that requires strong heating power. In addition, the pan is finished by non-stick coating, thus even if you cook any sticky items like cheese, it will never stick on the pan.

Additional Takoyaki Plate

Don’t underestimate their takoyaki plate which comes with the hot plate. Not only they work perfectly as a regular takoyaki cooker, Idea International, Inc. recommend to utilize the plate as many other ways. For example, if you pour olive oil on each cube, add seafoods and mushrooms, then warm them up, you can make ahijo. Their recent facebook post shows how to make mini hamburgers by cooking all ingredients from patties to buns(!). This is the part you can use your maximum creativity!

Optional Parts to Expand Your Cooking Repertoire

Other optional plates are sold separately and those will steal your heart! My favorites are ceramic coated pot and multi plate. Ceramic coated pot will allow you to cook Nabe, a Japanese hot pot during winter time to photogenic stylish soups like acqua pazza, Italian seafood soups.

Multi Plate is a plate with six large round molds. You can cook fluffy pancakes to over easy eggs. Using the molds as cake pans, you can bake cheese cakes!!! Yummmm!
