Lee’s Foodblog – All you can eat at Nabezo
Know what is better than a buffet? In my opinion: a nabe buffet! Today, I will introduce Nabezo, a popular nabe buffet chain in Japan.
Famous for its quality meats and fresh vegetables, nabezo is a place you’d go if you want a nice night out with your friends.
The cost for eating at Nabezo varies by the time you decide to eat, with the slots being 90/120/240 minutes. All sets come with two types of soup, and an unlimited refill of two meats. For those who do not like beef nor pork, fret not for there is also a vegetarian option!
I chose the collagen soup, which is soymilk based and comes with an impressive serving of a gelatinous substance that is said to be collagen. When boiling, you are meant to mix in the jelly. It will then melt in, creating a nourishing soup for your consumption.
The meats came incessantly, and it is definitely worth your money! My only advice - just make sure to go with a big appetite!
