Tsurumai Park
Famous not only for cherry blossom(late march to early April) but roses (May to September), Tsurumai Park is one of the 100 top places to view sakura blossom in Japan. the origin on the name is shrouded in mystery, one of the guesses is that the nearby school is called Tsurumai, which is why the garden is also called Tsurumai.
The garden opened in 1909, and there are a total of 750 Yoshino cherry trees planted. Photogenic spots such as the fountain area, four ponds, and a stage called Fusenkinendan which was built in 1928 and was designated as a treasured cultural spot are not to be missed.

Togokusan Fruit Park
Besides admiring the beautiful sakura petals fall like rain, you can also pick fruits in this agricultural park. The park has 15 orchards, many cherry blossom trees, gardens and greenhouses. The special draw to the park includes the unique shidarezakura, a type of cherry blossom which sweeps downwards, like the sleeves of a bashful young girl in a furisode, a casual dress worn by girls usually on the day they are recognized as a grown up.
There are also ponds for people who like fishing. Seasonal fruits such as apples, Japanese apricots, blueberries, and persimmons can be picked in the greenhouses at any time around the year.

Cherry Blossoms Along The Yamazaki River
The fifth most popular spot in Aichi, there are 600 Yoshino Cherry Blossom trees planted along Yamazaki River. The walk courses around the river are named after four seasons (山崎川四季の道), such as the path of summer, the path of spring, the path of autumn, and the path of winter.
Those bringing their kids will be relieved that there are places for their kids to splash in water while they admire the flowers slowly. Usually the flowers bloom from end of March to early April. Light up events are from 6.30 pm to 9.00 pm. An average of 40000 people visit during sakura-viewing season.
