A shinkansen with a Mickey Mouse & Minnie Mouse design commemorating the the 90th anniversary of Mickey Mouse's screen debut will feature in JR Kyushu's "Go! Waku Waku Trip with MICKEY" campaign to promote travel in Kyushu by shinkansen.

During the first phase of the "Waku Waku Trip Shinkansen" campaign you can enjoy the fun Mickey-themed livery wrap as well as headrest covers on every seat. The theme of this livery design is chasing your dream together with Mickey Mouse. Since the campaign started on 17th May, some of you might already have traveled on this Shinkansen!

The second specially wrapped shinkansen in this campaign started running from 1st August! In this design, Mickey and Minnie are enjoying an exciting trip together, and photographs of Mickey and Minnie taken at main tourist spots in each prefecture of Kyushu are displayed.

Since shinkansen of both phases of the JR Kyushu Waku Waku Trip campaign will be running in August, there's a chance you may see both shinkansen passing each other!

Of course, there is lots of original Mickey merchandise to choose from too! The selection includes a shinkansen-shaped pouch, apron, adhesive tape, clear file, small tote bag and pens etc.
