Ingredients (for 1 sandwich)
- 6 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 2 slices of bread
How to make
- Make omelette with 2 eggs. (You can add some sugar or salt as you like.)
- Make 3 boiled eggs.
- Make egg salad with 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- Place the omelette and boiled eggs on a slice of bread, spread the egg salad all over it, and put a slice of bread on it.
- Wrap and leave it for 5 minutes.
- Cut half and decorate.
