Guide to the Museum of Aeronautical Science of Narita
The Museum of Aeronautical Science is open from 10:00 to 17:00 (entrance until 16:30). The museum is closed every Monday (if Monday is a holiday, closed the next day), and at the end of the year from December 29th to the 31st. However, it is always open throughout summer break from July 21st to August 31st. The entrance fee is 500 yen for adults (will change to 700 yen from August 1st, 2019), 300 yen for high school students, and 200 yen for kids (4 years and older). There are restaurants within the museum, so you can eat while watching Narita Airport and airplanes. The museum shop offers interesting aviation goods.

To get from Narita Airport to the Museum of Aeronautical Science, when going from Narita Airport Terminal 1, use the JR East Kanto Bus from Narita Airport Terminal 1, 1st floor, platform number 30 bound for JR Narita Station and get off at “Museum of Aeronautical Science”. From Narita Station Terminal 2, use Narita Airport Transportation from “Narita Airport Terminal 2, 1st floor, platform number 28A, get on the Museum Line (bound for Minamisanrizuka (三里塚) via the museum on the weekdays, bound for Museum of Aeronautical Science on the weekends and holidays) and get off at “Museum of Aeronautical Science”.
