Fukagawa is an old district located in Koto-ward, Tokyo.

It’s close to Sumida river and Kiyosumi Shirakawa garden we already presented in Fun Japan.

The closest metro station is Kiyosumi Shirakawa station, and if you plan to go to Tokyo Contemporary Art Museum, you’ll have to walk 10-15 min from the station through the lovely retro Fukagawa shopping street.

There are many things to check out. Let’s take a walk!
